Bei Anwendungsfall Nr. 3<\/strong> geht es darum, aus alt neu zu machen, indem gebrauchte Katalysatoren recycelt werden, um neue, leistungsstarke Autokatalysatoren herzustellen. Dieses innovative Unterfangen, das von MONOLITHOS Catalysts and Recycling Ltd<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span> und Centro Ricerche Fiat (CRF) – Stellantis<\/span><\/strong><\/a>zielt darauf ab, den Verbrauch von Rohstoffen zu reduzieren, die Kosten zu senken und die Umweltbelastung zu verringern. <\/p>\n

MONOLITHOS<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span>, ein griechisches KMU, ist f\u00fchrend in der Sammlung, Sortierung und Aufbereitung von gebrauchten Katalysatoren in ganz Griechenland. Die Anlage kann j\u00e4hrlich bis zu 40.000 St\u00fcck verarbeiten und extrahiert mit umweltfreundlichen Methoden Edelmetalle wie Platin (Pt), Palladium (Pd) und Rhodium (Rh). Diese Metalle werden dann f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Katalysatoren h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t verwendet, in die Nanopartikel aus Kupfer (Cu) eingearbeitet werden, um den Bedarf an zus\u00e4tzlichen Platingruppenmetallen zu minimieren. <\/p>\n

CRF<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span> spielt eine entscheidende Rolle beim Testen und Validieren dieser neuen Katalysatoren. Sie stellen sicher, dass die Katalysatoren die strengen Umweltvorschriften, Industriestandards und kommerziellen Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen. <\/p>\n
